Settings and billing

Business details

Add your business name, address, company number, VAT status and logo. These details are reused across customer documents.

Open Settings → Business in the web app sidebar (or More → Settings on mobile) and fill in each field that should appear on quotes, invoices and reports.

Invoice settings

Choose whether Easy Days Work should track paid and unpaid invoices under Settings → Invoice settings.

BACS payments

Open Settings → BACS payments and add your account name, sort code and account number. These details appear on the invoice PDF so the customer can pay by bank transfer. Leave sort code and account number blank to hide payment details on PDFs.

Visit settings

Choose whether a time-stamped site photo is required before work starts. Set working days and hours for automatic scheduling and calendar suggestions.

Trade packs may add settings for their own reports and workflows.

Appearance

Choose light, dark or system theme. Configure document colours, the completed-visit calendar colour and visit-type colours.

People

Pro includes up to two seats. Open Settings → People to invite an additional user by email. They get their own login and share your schedule. You can put both of you on a visit (primary plus co-assignee).

Only the account owner can invite, remove or transfer the extra seat. The owner also chooses what the additional user can view and edit on customers, quotes, invoices, sales, templates and products, and whether template prices are shown.

You can hide Settings from their navigation. Billing always stays with the account owner.

Billing

Settings → Billing shows the current plan, subscription status and renewal information.

Use Manage billing to open Stripe’s secure Customer Portal for payment methods, cancellation or available plan changes. Easy Days Work does not collect card details directly.

Only account owners or administrators should manage billing.
