Terms of Service

Effective date: 13 August 2026
Terms version: 2026-08-13

Welcome to Easy Days Work (“we,” “our,” or “us”). MAB Logic is a trading name of Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd (company number 16947505), registered in England and Wales. Easy Days Work is a product of MAB Logic.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Easy Days Work software service at https://app.easydays.work (the “Service”), including trial, paid, and launch-partner (pilot) access. By creating an organisation account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

Website browsing terms for https://easydays.work are separate: see Terms & Conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

1. The Service

Easy Days Work is field software for trade operators, for example scheduling visits, recording work on site, capturing extras as sales, quoting, and invoicing. Features depend on your subscription tier and any trade packs you enable. We may improve, change, or withdraw features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be a business customer (not a consumer buying for personal household use) to subscribe. You confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation named at signup. Public self-serve signup may be closed; access is then by invite or waitlist.

2. Pilot, trial, and early access

If you access the Service under a free trial, soft-launch invite, or launch-partner / pilot arrangement:

  1. You acknowledge that the Service is being tested and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour.
  2. Availability, performance, and support levels may be lower than a mature production SaaS product.
  3. We may change pilot scope, duration, or convert you to a paid plan as described in your invite or Partner Pilot Schedule (if any).

Pilot access does not mean we waive these Terms. Commercial details for partners (duration, feedback expectations, logo consent) may be set out in a short Partner Pilot Schedule that incorporates these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your business. In particular, you (not we) are responsible for:

  • Verifying appointments, job information, and schedules before relying on them
  • Customer communications and the content of quotes, invoices, reports, and other documents you send
  • Compliance with laws and industry rules that apply to your trade (including pesticide / product use where relevant)
  • Decisions you make using information in the Service
  • Maintaining your own backups and business records outside the Service

We provide a tool. We do not guarantee business outcomes, win rates, collection of debts, or regulatory compliance of your operations.

Easy Days Work is not the definitive or sole record of your business. Keep independent records (for example exports, accounting software, or paper/email archives) for anything material to your customers, regulators, or insurers.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must:

  • Provide accurate organisation and admin contact details
  • Keep login credentials secure and use strong authentication where available
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or misuse other customers’ data

You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts, including technicians you invite.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

Self-serve Pro accounts are created in the product app. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect full card numbers on our servers. Trial length, partner plans, and pricing are as shown at signup or in your Partner Pilot Schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan you select in Stripe Checkout or the customer portal
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us
  • We may suspend or end access for non-payment or material breach

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. For product data you enter (customers, visits, photos, signatures, and similar), you typically act as a controller of that business data; we act as a processor or service provider as applicable under UK GDPR.

You must have a lawful basis to upload personal data (including photos and signatures that may identify people or premises) and must not upload data you are not entitled to process.

Operational data you store in the Service (including photos and signatures) is your business data. You are responsible for deciding a retention policy adequate for your business needs and your obligations under data protection law. We do not dictate a fixed platform-wide purge schedule for that data while your organisation remains active; default retention is for the life of the account, and any shorter organisation-level retention settings you configure are your choice.

You should export or retain copies of important data. Deletion and export capabilities will follow our published processes as they become available; contact enquiries@easydays.work for assistance during early access, or email privacy@easydays.work and follow the privacy policy deletion process for erasure requests.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations during the subscription or pilot term.

You retain rights in your own content. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service (including backups and security).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that defects will be corrected within a particular time. Sections 2 and 3 apply especially during pilot and trial use.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that:

  1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data (except to the extent caused by our breach of data protection obligations where liability cannot be limited), or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
  2. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim, or (b) £500 if you paid no such fees in that period (for example during a free pilot or trial).

These limits are a fundamental part of the bargain, including for free or discounted pilot access.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your failure to comply with laws applicable to your business, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel according to the billing tools we provide. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or anonymise data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date and terms version above will change when we do. For material changes affecting paying customers, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
