Easy Days Work is a product of MAB Logic. By accessing or using https://easydays.work (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Using the product software (accounts, trials, pilots, and paid subscriptions at https://app.easydays.work) is governed by our separate Terms of Service, not these Website Terms.

About the Website

Easy Days Work is focused field software for trade operators: scheduling visits, recording work on site, capturing extras, quoting, and invoicing. The Pro tier is priced at £24 / month. Self-serve signup is not open yet. Join the waitlist on this Website. The Website provides product information and contact forms. It does not host checkout or card payment.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Website
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure

Contact form

Submitting the contact form does not guarantee pricing, features, partnership, a particular launch timeline, or an account. Pro self-serve signup is not open yet. We may change Pro scope, pricing, and availability.

Self-serve accounts and subscriptions are created in the product application under the Terms of Service. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect card numbers on this Website. Our Privacy Policy covers Website data and, where applicable, how product data is handled once you have an account.

Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions reflect Pro functionality and may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meddalwedd Am Byth Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability relating to the Website is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for Website-related services in the past twelve months, whichever is greater (typically zero for free Website use).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Liability for use of the product Service is governed by the Terms of Service.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at our discretion.
