Create and share invoices
Invoice completed work, export customer PDFs and prepare accounting CSVs.
Create an invoice
Create a standalone invoice from Invoices, or open a completed visit and generate the invoice from there.
An invoice created from a visit keeps a link back to the job. For completed visits in a fixed programme, you can invoice one visit or combine all completed visits in the series.
You can also generate an invoice from a sale. Same-day extras can add lines to the source visit’s pending invoice; otherwise the sale gets its own invoice.
Add invoice lines
Check the customer details, description and line amounts. A visit created from a template can prefill its invoice description and price.
For VAT-registered businesses, enter the total amount. The app calculates and displays the net and VAT portions.
Add payment details
Open Settings → BACS payments to add your account name, sort code and account number. These details appear on the invoice PDF so the customer can pay by bank transfer.
Export and share
Export a branded PDF, share the file, or use Email customer to prepare an email in your usual mail app.
CSV exports are available for Xero and QuickBooks Online. They prepare import files; they do not push data directly into either service.
Track payment status
Optional paid/unpaid tracking can be enabled in invoice settings. Leave it off if your accounting package is the source of truth and you want to avoid duplicate status updates.
